Following on from the video that SeenThroughGlass has put up about the Aston Martin V12 S Vantage I thought I’d talk about my ownership experience of this particular car.
I absolutely loved this car! One of the best Vantages that has ever been been made! A massive lumpy V12 6.0 litre engine in a tiny car, fabulously fun.
However, is there going to be a thing like a future classic car? I very much doubt this is going to be a thing anymore. Let me know your thoughts and opinions.
I actually drove the Cygnet to work today. Quite appropriate as I feel these will be cars that don’t lose significant value over the next few years, but not ones that are future classics in the sense of making considerable amounts of money.
I actually really love this car - it’s so economical (£20 fill up from empty) and a great little city run-around. It might struggle a bit over 70mph but it’s not a car that’s designed for speed necessarily!
