Review:-
As a drift car, the Mazda RX-7 is one of the challenging cars to drift around corners smoothly and with control. Using the showcase suspension and differential with drag tires seems the best drift setup for the RX-7. Using either the drift or showcase tires will make the car completely not drivable and it will spin out easily if you press the throttle too much.
The car however can score high drift scores easily given that you perfect the car’s handling which requires a bit practice and some time.
As a race build the race time speaks for itself, 8 seconds slower than the RSR which is not necessarily bad. The car has good acceleration and responsive brakes. However, the handling tends to understeer a little bit and requires you to slow down more than usual.
